Oktoberfest 2017

German Cultural Centre: 160 Cartwright Street, Saskatoon, SK.
October 20, 2017

Jubilee Residences Foundation welcomes you to attend our 3rd Annual Oktoberfest Dinner and Comedy Night.  This year’s event will feature Kelly Taylor!

Kelly Taylor is feeling pretty comfortable with his decision to give up his mediocre career in hockey and pursue his dream to become a stand-up comedian. Hockey, once the only way a small town Canadian kid could get to the big city; Kelly Taylor now sees the possibilities of comedy taking him all the way to the Alberta border. With the physical attributes of a high school quarterback and the comedic commitment of Jerry Lewis, Kelly Taylor is taking the comedy world by storm. He may have given up hockey for comedy, but this funnyman sure knows how to score on stage.  Giggles Comedy Agency has booked Kelly at Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, as well as the comedy festivals in Winnipeg, Halifax and Edmonton to go with previous appearances at the Vancouver and Calgary Comedy Festivals. He has become the favorite comedian of the Canadian Armed Forces having entertained our troops in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Thailand.  His first appearance at Just For Laughs did not go unnoticed as creative heads from NBC Universal, Happy Gilmore Productions and Jimmy Kimmel quickly approached with interest.
